We wish to announce that TENAGA-C83 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 22 July 2021 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.

Cash Settlement Amount:

= Number of TENAGA-C83 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) 

= Number of TENAGA-C83 x (RM9.7257 - RM9.9227) x (1/19.2674) 

= Number of TENAGA-C83 x RM0.0000

The Closing Price of RM9.7257 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the TENAGA Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.

As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and TENAGA-C83 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of TENAGA-C83 shall terminate absolutely.

The Closing Price of RM3.7797 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the AXIATA Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.

The Cash Settlement Amount shall be despatched as soon as practicable and no later than seven (7) market days following the Expiry Date by way of a crossed cheque drawn in favour of the holder or by electronic transfer. Any payment made shall be delivered by ordinary post.
