Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 2 October 2020, 8 October 2020, 23 October 2020, 27 October 2020, 27 November 2020, 8 December 2020, 21 December 2020, 29 January 2021, 28 June 2021 and 9 July 2021 in relation to the SCR ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that an office copy of the High Court Order dated 16 June 2021 has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 26 July 2021. Accordingly, the resolution for the SCR as confirmed by the High Court Order has taken effect on 26 July 2021 pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act.
The settlement of the SCR Offer Price to the Entitled Shareholders will be effected on 5 August 2021.
