Following the Full Movement Control Order ("FMCO") announced by the Government of Malaysia on 1 June 2021 to curb the COVID-19 pandemic in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had vide their letter dated 16 June 2021 granted an automatic 1-month extension of time for listed issuers to issue their quarterly reports and annual reports that include annual audited financial statements and the auditors' and directors' reports, which are due by 31 July 2021 and 31 August 2021 respectively.

In this connection, the Board of Directors of Ygl wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the said extension of time granted by Bursa Securities to release and submit its Annual Report 2021 that include Audited Financial Statements and the Auditors' and Directors' Reports for the financial year ended 31 March 2021 by 31 August 2021.
