- OFFER AND GRANT OF OPTIONS UNDER SHARE ISSUANCE SCHEME ("SIS")

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Jiankun International Berhad (“Jiankun” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the following offer of options has been made on 3 August 2021 to the eligible persons to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company (“Options”) under the SIS of the Company.

Details of the Options offered to eligible persons of the Company are as set out below:-
