1. The number of shares and percentage shareholdings held in Komark, VSolar and Saudee respectively, after the disposal of 33,000,000 Komark shares and 82,049,200 VSolar shares, as well as after the completion of Saudee’s rights issue, and if necessary, reconcile with the last paragraph of all 3 announcements.

(“ABC”), that is principally involved in the investment of marketable securities, had disposed all its shares held in Komarkcorp Berhad, VSolar Group Berhad and Saudee Group Berhad.
