The Board of Directors of DPI Holdings wishes to announce that DPI Alliance Pte Ltd (formerly known as DPI Aerosol Pte Ltd), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company had acquired a new 90.00% owned subsidiary in Japan, namely DPIJ, through subscription of new shares in DPIJ.
