We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 40,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of SIME by way of market making. The SIME-C28 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The SIME-C28 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 17 October 2017. The SIME-C28 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 24 October 2017 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 15 May 2018. The salient terms of the SIME-C28 are set out in the attachment.
