Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Corporate Exercises. Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 14 April 2021, 6 May 2021, 24 May 2021 and 30 June 2021 in relation to the Corporate Exercises and the SSA entered into between Fast Energy and Lu Eng Shean ("Parties") on 14 April 2021 in relation to the Disposal. The Board of Directors of Fast Energy wishes to announce that all the conditions precedent set out in the SSA have been fulfilled. Accordingly, the SSA has become unconditional on 23 August 2021. The Parties of the SSA had also on 23 August 2021, mutually agreed that the completion date of the Disposal shall be a date falling on a business day before the end of October 2021 to be mutually agreed between the Parties, failing agreement of such date on 29 October 2021.
