We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled put warrants over the RHBBANK Shares.

RHBBANK-HC is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 9 December 2020 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. RHBBANK-HC is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 15 December 2020, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 9 March 2021, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 5 August 2021 and the Term Sheet dated 24 August 2021.

RHBBANK-HC is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of RHBBANK-HC is set out in the attachment.
