The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that TTB intends to seek approval from its shareholders for the proposed alteration to the existing Constitution of the Company (“Proposed Alteration”) at the forthcoming 96th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of TTB to be convened.

The Proposed Alteration is made mainly to authorise the Company to revert the general mandate limit for the new issue of shares from 20% back to the original limit of 10% after the expiry of the additional temporary relief due on 31 December 2021 granted by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) via its letter dated 16 April 2020 and to further authorise any higher limit as allowed by Bursa Securities from time to time.

The details of the Proposed Alteration will be disclosed in the Notice of the 96th AGM.
