We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the MBSB shares.

MBSB-C16 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 2 October 2017 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. MBSB-C16 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 4 October 2017, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 20 November 2017, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 24 January 2018, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 8 May 2018, the Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 18 July 2018 and the Term Sheet dated 21 September 2018.

MBSB-C16 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of MBSB-C16 is set out in the attachment.
