We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 40,000,000 European-style non- collateralised cash settled call warrants over HSI by way of market making.
The HSI-C3X is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The HSI-C3X is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 29 September 2017. The HSI-C3X is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 9 October 2017. The obligations of MCSM under HSI-C3X are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 29 September 2017.
