Pursuant to Paragraph 19.04 of the Rules, on behalf of MMC, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the following parties had dealt in the ordinary shares of MMC (“MMC Shares”) on 7 September 2021 as follows:
The dealings of MMC Shares were undertaken by AmIslamic Funds Management Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”), through AmPRS Islamic Balanced Fund and AmPRS Islamic Equity Fund. The dealings disclosure is made pursuant to Rule 19.04(1)(e) of the Rules arising from AmInvestment Bank’s role as the financial adviser to STJSB.
