Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(46) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Grand Hoover Berhad wishes to announce that the Board had approved the incorporation of the revaluation deficit, net of deferred tax of approximately RM1,512,000 in the consolidated financial statements of Grand Hoover Berhad for the financial year ended 30 June 2021.
