DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN PAN SEJATI DEVELOPMENT (M) SDN. BHD. AND VIZIONE BUILDER SDN. BHD.

We refer to your Company's announcement dated 22 September 2021, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) with the following additional information for public release:-

1. Salient terms and conditions of the Development Agreement, including but not limited to, the roles and responsibility of VBSB and PSD in the development of the Project Land and terms of cost and profit sharing of the development.

2. Relevant information of the development on the Project Land as required under item 4, Part C of Appendix 10A of the Listing Requirements.

3. Name of directors/ substantial shareholders of PSD together with their shareholdings.
