We refer to the APT's announcement dated 5 October 2021 in relation to the proposed acquisition of land by the Company’s subsidiary, Sino Peak Sdn Bhd (1422856-D) (“Sino Peak” or the “Purchaser”).  Sino Peak has entered into a Sales and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Chong Yew Chzon (531003-10-5151) and Ong Mui Keow (591026-10-5546) to acquire all that piece of freehold land held under H.S. (D) 21418, PT 38492, Mukim Kuala Lumpur, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Wilayah Persekutuan (the  “Property”) measuring 509.649 square metres in area together with a double storey building erected thereon and bearing postal address of 162, Jalan Maarof, Taman Bandaraya, 59100  Kuala Lumpur (the “Proposed Acquisition”).

The Company wishes to inform that PA International Property Consultants (KL) Sdn Bhd, an independent property valuer, had adopted the Cost Approach to arrive at the indicative market value of the Property at approximately RM9,500,000.00 as mentioned in item 2.5 of the attachment to the announcement made on 5 October 2021.
