We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the TENAGA shares.

TENAGA-C47 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 2 October 2017 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. TENAGA-C47 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 4 October 2017, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 20 November 2017, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 24 January 2018, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 8 May 2018, the Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 18 July 2018 and the Term Sheet dated 24 July 2018.

TENAGA-C47 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of TENAGA-C47 is set out in the attachment.
