The Board of Directors of KLRB wishes to announce that KLRB has on 15 October, 2021 pursuant to Clause 21 of the SPAs to extend, the Further Extended Conditional Period to 19 November, 2021 for the Vendors to complete and fulfil the remaining Conditions Precedent pursuant to the Special Terms and Conditions of the SPAs and the terms of the Supplemental Agreements dated 2 October 2020 and the Second Supplemental Agreements dated 3 February, 2021.
