The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 21 October 2020, 2 November 2020, 10 November 2020, 23 April 2021 and 4 May 2021 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH had on 22 October 2021 submitted the application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad to seek its approval for an extension of time up to 9 May 2022 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
