With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of CTOS, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.    

CTOS-CM is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 August 2021 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The CTOS-CM is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 24 August 2021, First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 25 October 2021 and the Term Sheet for the CTOS-CM dated 26 October 2021.

A summary of the principal terms of the CTOS-CM is set out in Table 1.
