We refer to the announcements made by the Company in relation to the Proposed Withdrawal of Listing dated 28 July 2021, 25 August 2021, 21 September 2021 and 15 October 2021.

The Board of Directors of CTIB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 25 October 2021, resolved to approve the Company's application for Voluntary Withdrawal of Listing from the Official List of the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities pursuant to Rules 8.05 and 8.06 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“Bursa Decision Letter”).

In this regard, as stipulated in the Bursa Decision Letter, MainStreet Advisers Sdn Bhd (“MainStreet”) is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a letter (“MainStreet’s Confirmation Letter”), confirming the following:

1. That the details of the shareholders of CTIB, including their direct and indirect shareholdings (in numbers and percentage) as at 16 August 2021 as disclosed in MainStreet’s letter dated 16 August 2021 (submitted to Bursa Securities on 19 August 2021) remain unchanged as at the date of MainStreet’s Confirmation Letter; and
2. That the requirements of Rule 8.06(1) of the Listing Requirements have been complied with or waived by Bursa Securities, as the case may be.

Further, CTIB is required to make an immediate announcement stating the following:

1. Trading in CTIB’s shares will be suspended upon the expiry of five (5) market days from the date of Bursa Securities’ receipt of MainStreet’s Confirmation Letter; and
2. The effective date of suspension.

In addition, and as stated in Bursa Decision Letter, the delisting of CTIB will take place upon Bursa Securities’ receipt of the following documents after trading in CTIB’s shares has been suspended:

1. Confirmation from MainStreet that all conditions, including conditions imposed by the relevant authorities which are required to be met prior to the delisting have been met; and
2. Confirmation from MainStreet that there are no circumstances or facts which have the effect of preventing or prohibiting the delisting including any order, injunction or any other directive issued by any court of law.
