ADJUSTMENTS TO THE EXERCISE PRICE AND THE NUMBER OF OUTSTANDING WARRANTS 2016/2021 ("WARRANTS") IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DEED POLL DATED 14 NOVEMBER 2016 PURSUANT TO THE RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF UP TO 1,268,911,225 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN HEXTAR INDUSTRIES BERHAD ("HEXTAR INDUSTRIES SHARE(S)") ("RIGHTS SHARE(S)") ON THE BASIS OF 5 RIGHTS SHARES FOR EVERY 1 EXISTING HEXTAR INDUSTRIES SHARE HELD AS AT THE 5.00 P.M. ON 29 SEPTEMBER 2021 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF RM0.12 PER RIGHTS SHARE ("RIGHTS ISSUE") ("ADJUSTMENTS")
Pursuant to the Rights Issue, the exercise price of the Warrants has been revised from RM0.30 per Warrants to RM0.16 per Warrants and an additional 61,138,799 Warrants ("Additional Warrants") were allotted and issued on 26 October 2021 to the entitled warrant holders whose names appear on the Record of Depositors of Hextar Industries on Entitlement Date. The Additional Warrants will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 29 October 2021 simultaneously with the Rights Shares. This announcement is dated 27 October 2021.
