We wish to announce that SIMEPROP-C1 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 29 Oct 2021 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Number of SIMEPROP-C1 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of SIMEPROP-C1 x (RM0.7315 - RM0.70) x (1/1)
= Number of SIMEPROP-C1 x RM0.0315
The Closing Price of RM0.7315 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of SIMEPROP shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of SIMEPROP-C1 by ordinary post.
