Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(37) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Listing Requirements”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company’s independent auditors, Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng PLT [201906000600 (LLP0019411-LCA) & AF 0117]  had expressed a disclaimer of opinion in their independent auditors’ report dated 27 October 2021 ("Independent Auditor’s Report") in the financial statements of the Group and of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2021.

A copy of the Independent Auditor’s Report is attached herewith.

The application in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan has been approved by the Bursa Malaysia on 18 October 2021. The Company had on 26 October 2021 made an application to the High Court of Malaya for an order to convene a court convened meeting with its shareholders in relation to the Proposed Share Exchange and Proposed Transfer of Listing Status under the Proposed Regularisation Plan, and the application has been fixed for case management on 11 November 2021.

The Company will make the necessary announcement on further development of the Proposed Regularisation Plan in accordance with the requirements under Practice Note 17 of the Listing Requirements.
