We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 40,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of FGV by way of market making. The FGV-C53 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The FGV-C53 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 17 October 2017. The FGV-C53 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 24 October 2017 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 15 May 2018. The salient terms of the FGV-C53 are set out in the attachment.
