We refer to the announcements made on 28 July 2021, 25 August 2021, 21 September 2021, 15 October 2021, 26 October 2021, 27 October 2021 and 28 October 2021 in relation to the Company's withdrawal of listing. The Board of Directors of CTIB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 5 November 2021, informed that pursuant to Rule 8.05 of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements, the entire issued share capital of CTIB will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 10 November 2021. This announcement is dated 8 November 2021. |
