The Board of Directors of BSLCORP wishes to announce that BSLCORP had on 12 November 2021 entered into a Share Sale Agreement with Matahari Kencana Sdn. Bhd. for the disposal of 510,000 ordinary shares in BSL Eco Energy Sdn. Bhd. (“BSLE”), representing approximately 51% of the total issued and paid-up ordinary shares of BSLE, for a total consideration of RM400,000.00.
