We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 40,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of BAT by way of market making. The BAT-CL is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The BAT-CL is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 17 October 2017. The BAT-CL is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 24 October 2017 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 15 May 2018. The salient terms of the BAT-CL are set out in the attachment.
