Description	MACQUARIE CAPITAL SECURITIES (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. ("MCSM") OFFERING OF UP TO 35,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF GAMUDA BERHAD ("GAMUDA") ("GAMUDA-C49")
We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 35,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of GAMUDA by way of market making. The GAMUDA-C49 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The GAMUDA-C49 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 29 September 2017. The GAMUDA-C49 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 9 October 2017. The obligations of MCSM under GAMUDA-C49 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 29 September 2017. A summary of the principal terms of GAMUDA-C49 is set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 28 May 2018.
