Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those used in the announcements made by the Company on the MOU between the Company and RDIF on 9 April 2021, 14 April 2021, 28 April 2021, 19 May 2021, 20 May 2021, 9 June 2021 and 13 August 2021, and the announcements made by the Company on the MSA between UTL and Human Vaccine on 6 September 2021, 7 September 2021 and 9 September 2021.

The Board of Directors of UCrest wishes to announce the following updates:-

  1. During this past few months, significant progress has been made that the Technology Transfer Agreement has been executed and import license has also been approved by the Chinese authority to import the necessary components and materials for the manufacturing of the vaccines.
  2. Quality control including testing is a critical process in the making of the vaccines. Recently the Quality Agreement has been signed by the contract manufacturer indicating that the manufacturer is capable in achieving and guaranteeing the required quality in mass production.
