The Board of Directors of SJCB (the “Board”) wishes to announce that SJCB (the “Purchaser”) has on 26 November 2021, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with OCR Construction Sdn Bhd (“OCRC” or the “Vendor”) for the proposed acquisition of one (1) unit of parcel bearing Parcel No. 20-01 held under Geran 54432, Lot 45822 Seksyen 39, Bandar Petaling Jaya, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor known as THE MATE (the “Parcel”) measuring 8,021 square feet at a total consideration of RM7,300,000.00 (“Purchase Price”) (“Proposed Acquisition”).
