We refer to the Announcements in relation to the SCR.

On behalf of the Company, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the office copy of the Order dated 1 November 2021 has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 29 November 2021. Accordingly, the resolution for the SCR as confirmed by the Order has taken effect on 29 November 2021 pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act.

The settlement of the SCR Offer Price to the Entitled Shareholders will be effected on 3 December 2021.
