The Closing Price of RM0.5945 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of YTL shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than YTL-C43's Exercise Price of RM0.70, holders of YTL-C43 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised YTL-C43 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of the YTL-C43 shall terminate absolutely.
