The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier Announcement in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.
We refer to the earlier Announcement dated 15 November 2021 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.
The Board of AGB wishes to announce that with the confirmation of the solicitors of JDSB that all conditions precedent pursuant to the SSA have been fulfilled, and that the payment for the Balance Purchase Consideration has been fully effected and vested in favour of JDSB, the Proposed Acquisition is deemed completed.
