Saudee Group Berhad (“SAUDEE” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Perusahaan Saudee Sdn. Bhd. has on
17 December 2021 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) with Stocks N Options Sdn. Bhd. [Company No. 200301024491 (626911-H)] for purchase of one unit of four and a half storey shoplot as further defined in Section 4 of this announcement, for a total purchase consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Seven Million and Three Hundred Thousand (RM7,300,000.00) only, upon the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Agreement (“Proposed Acquisition of Property”).
