Reference is made to our announcement dated 1 December 2020 pertaining to the appointment of Guillaume François Jest, Group Chief Financial Officer as Principal Officer of YHB Group.

 

YHB wishes to announce the cessation of the following personnel as Principal Officer of YHB Group with effective from 17 December 2021, upon Guillaume François Jest resuming the role of the officer primarily responsible for the financial management of the Company to sign off the statutory financial statement of YHB Group for the financial year ending 31 January 2022 and thereafter:
