Issuance of 37,530,591 warrants ("Warrant(s)") in BP Plastics Holding Bhd ("BPPLAS" or the "Company") on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 5 existing Shares held on the entitlement date of 10 December 2021 ("Bonus Issue of Warrants")
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new ordinary share in BPPLAS at the exercise price (as indicated above) at any time during the exercise period (as indicated above) ("Exercise Period") subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 25 November 2021, constituting the Warrants. Any Warrants not exercise during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. This announcement is dated 21 December 2021.
