The Closing Price of RM2.9033 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of GENM shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than GENM-C1A's Exercise Price of RM3.00, holders of GENM-C1A will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised GENM-C1A will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the GENM-C1A shall terminate absolutely.
