We refer to our announcements made on 25 November 2021 and 10 December 2021 pertaining to the issuance of Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad’s ("SDHB" or "the Company") Annual Report. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and acronyms used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcement.

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.28(3A) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, SDHB wishes to announce the status of the issuance of its outstanding Annual Report 2021 as follows:-

(i) The Annual Report 2021 and the Audited Financial Statements of the Company remain outstanding as the Company needs more time to update the statements or reports in the Annual Report and make arrangements for printing; 

(ii) The expected date of issuance of the Annual Report 2021 is 6 January 2022;

(iii) The Company will issue the Annual Report 2021 as soon as possible by the above-expected date of issuance.
