We wish to announce that AIRPORT-C36 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 13 January 2022 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of AIRPORT-C36 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of AIRPORT-C36 x (RM6.0072 - RM6.66) x (1/15)
= Number of AIRPORT-C36 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM6.0072 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the AIRPORT Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and AIRPORT-C36 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of AIRPORT-C36 shall terminate absolutely.
