The Board of Directors of GFM wishes to announce that GFM has on 17 January 2022 entered into a Heads of Agreement with Jua Juara Sdn. Bhd. (“JJSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Majuperak Holdings Berhad relating to the proposed joint venture between GFM and JJSB to develop a land located at Lot 16287, PN 311206, Mukim Hulu Bernam Timur, District of Muallim, Perak Darul Ridzuan into a Rest and Service Area to be connected to the PLUS North-South Highway.
