The Board of Directors of MQ Tech (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company through a consortium formed, had on 17 January 2022 entered into a Heads of Agreement with 5G Infra Tech Solution Sdn Bhd (Formerly known as NMS Engineering Sdn Bhd) (“5G Infra Tech”) to invest through redeemable convertible preference shares led by SMTrack Berhad in 5G Infra Tech.
