We are pleased to announce that HENGYUAN-CA has expired at 9.01 a.m. on 22 February 2018 ("Expiry Date") and the warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per HENGYUAN-CA) (if the said amount is greater than zero).

The Settlement Price has been determined at RM 13.9600 being the arithmetic mean of the closing price of HENGYUAN Shares on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the five (5) scheduled market days prior to and including the market day before the Expiry Date. 

Cash Settlement Amount

= {(Settlement Price – Exercise Price) / Exercise Ratio } x Number of HENGYUAN-CA exercised – 0.30%*

= {(RM 13.9600 - RM 6.0000) / 8.0000 } x Number of HENGYUAN-CA exercised – 0.30%*

= RM 0.9950 x Number of HENGYUAN-CA exercised – 0.30%*

*The Exercise Expenses are subject to 6% GST.

The Cash Settlement Amount shall be paid to the warrant holders within seven (7) market days from the Expiry Date. The payment of the Cash Settlement Amount shall be made in favour of the warrant holders through cheque via ordinary post to the respective registered address.
