We wish to announce that YTL-C41 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 20 January 2022 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of YTL-C41 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of YTL-C41 x (RM0.5728 - RM0.77) x (1/2.5)
= Number of YTL-C41 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM0.5728 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the YTL Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and YTL-C41 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of YTL-C41 shall terminate absolutely.
