We wish to announce that SERBADK-C25 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 20 January 2022 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of SERBADK-C25 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of SERBADK-C25 x (RM 0.3848 - RM1.75) x (1/5)
= Number of SERBADK-C25 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price has been determined at RM 0.3848 being the volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the SERBADK Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately preceding the trading suspension of SERBADK. For more details, kindly refer to the announcement made by AMBANK on SERBADK-C25 dated 19 January 2022.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and SERBADK-C25 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of SERBADK-C25 shall terminate absolutely.
