We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 35,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of GENTING by way of market making.

The GENTINGC1P is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The GENTINGC1P is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 25 October 2021. The GENTINGC1P is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 October 2021. The obligations of MCSM under GENTINGC1P are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 25 October 2021.
