We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by CIMB Bank of up to 50,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares in HAPSENG

The HAPSENG-CW is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 27 April 2017 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The HAPSENG-CW is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 5 May 2017, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 25 October 2017 and the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 21 December 2017 and the Term Sheet for the HAPSENG-CW dated 12 February 2018.

The HAPSENG-CW is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of the HAPSENG-CW is set out in Table 1.
