The Closing Price of RM2.0840 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of TOPGLOV shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than TOPGLOV-C1V's Exercise Price of RM4.35, holders of TOPGLOV-C1V will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised TOPGLOV-C1V will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the TOPGLOV-C1V shall terminate absolutely.
