We refer to the announcements made by Zenworld Holdings Berhad (formerly known as MyKRIS International Berhad) dated 14 January 2022 and 17 January 2022 in relation to the Offer.
The Board of Directors of Zenworld wishes to announce that the Company had on 4 February 2022 received a press notice from UOBKH on behalf of the Joint Offerors, informing that the Offer Document dated 4 February 2022 which sets out the details, terms and conditions of the Offer, together with the Form of Acceptance and Transfer for the Offer Shares enclosed therein, has been despatched to the shareholders of the Company on even date.
