The Board of Directors of Minho (M) Berhad (“MINHO”) wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Victory Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. (“VESB” or the “Purchaser”) had on 7 February 2022 entered into a Sales and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Khoo Beng  (“the Vendor”) to acquire a piece of freehold land measuring 1.741 hectares located in Mukim Jeram, District of Kuala Selangor, Selangor Darul Ehsan (“the Land”) for a total consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Three Million Six Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Seven and Sen Thirty Four (RM3,656,857.34) only (“Purchase Consideration”), subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the SPA ( “The Acquisition”).
